Your overview page
What each part of the Overview page shows and how to act on it.
The Overview page is where you land when you sign in. It answers one question first: what needs you today? Below that, it shows what's going out, what's coming up and how your year is going.
Needs you
A single list of everything waiting on you, most urgent first. Red items are problems, amber items need a decision soon, and grey items can wait. Each one has a button that takes you straight to the fix.

| Get (your event) ready for race day | An edition in the next 45 days is missing races, a medal design or an age policy. | Set up |
Race-day items turn amber two weeks before the event. To sort them out, open the event from Events, then add races or open Race settings.
When there's nothing to do, you'll see All clear.
Going out now
Medal runs that are being released or delivered, with a bar showing how many emails have been delivered so far. A Quiet mode: no emails badge means the run is a dry run. Select a run's name to follow it in detail.
This section only appears while something is going out.
Coming up
Your next four editions, with the date, place, number of races and how far away each one is (Today, Tomorrow, In 5 days and so on). An edition shows Ready when every race has a medal design and an age policy. Otherwise it lists what's missing, such as "Choose a medal design for 2 races".
Recent medal runs
Your last four finished medal runs, with when they were released, how many medals were issued and the share kept by finishers. Select a run to see its delivery details.

Totals for this year:
- Medals issued, across how many races
- Kept by finishers, and the share of medals that is
- Shared, with visits from those shares
- Clicks to your entry page from medal pages
- Clicks to sponsors from medal pages
Select All analytics for the full picture. These are counts only: no finisher is named on this page.
Quick actions
Admins and editors see New event and Upload results at the top of the page. If you haven't added an event yet, the page shows Let's set up your first event with an Add an event button instead.
Good to know
- Thank-you award runs aren't listed under Going out now or Recent medal runs, as they're usually one medal at a time.
- Viewers and finance team members see the same page, without the quick actions.
- Selecting the Breaktape logo always brings you back here.
