Organisation details and logo

How to set your organisation's name, address, billing contact and logo in Settings, and where each one is used.

Your organisation details tell finishers who their medal is from and tell us where to send your invoices. The most important one is the name runners know you by, because it's on every medal page and every medal email.

Change your details

Only admins can change these. Everyone else on your team sees them, with a note to ask an admin.

  1. Go to Settings. The Organisation tab opens first.
  2. Under Who you are, fill in:
    • Name runners know you by: shown on medals, medal pages and emails. Use the name on your race-day banners, like "Harbourside Running Club", not your company's registered name.
    • Registered name: for invoices, if it's different.
    • Website: starting with https://.
    • Company number and VAT number, if you have them.
    • Brand colour: a six-digit hex code, like #D93A26.
  3. Under Address and billing contact, fill in:
    • Address, Town or city and Postcode
    • Billing contact: the person who deals with invoices
    • Billing email: where invoices go
  4. Press Save details. You'll see "Saved."

If something isn't right, the message tells you what to fix. For example, "The website should start with https://" or "The brand colour is a six-digit hex code, like #D93A26."

  1. On the Organisation tab, find Logo.
  2. Choose your file. It's saved straight away and you'll see "Logo saved."
  3. To take it off, press Remove logo.

Logos must be PNG or JPEG, up to 2 MB. A square or wide logo on a plain background works best.

Where these show

Detail Where it's used
Name runners know you by Medal pages ("Issued by"), the verification page, the medal email's sender name unless you set your own, and thank-you medal emails.
Registered name, Company number, VAT number, address Your invoices.
Billing contact and Billing email Who we send invoices to. They also show on the Billing tab.
Logo and Brand colour Saved with your details. They don't show on medal pages or emails yet.

To put your logo on the medal itself, add it to your medal design. See Designing a medal.

Good to know

  • Choose your name before your first release. Each medal's signed record keeps the name your organisation had when it was issued, so a later change doesn't rewrite medals already out.
  • The sender name can be different. If you want emails to come from an event name rather than your organisation, set a sender name in Settings, then Delivery. See How your medal emails look.
  • If your account is on hold, you can still see your details but can't change them until it's sorted. See Billing, invoices and payments.
